Fairview Animal Medical Center, in Owatonna, MN provides a caring environment for your dog, cat, and other animals when you can not be home. Our professional environment features an environmentally safe area for your pets, peace of mind for pet owners, and know your getting the best in reliable, affordable, quality pet care.
Pet boarding rates:
Cat - Full Day Cage $12.00 Small or Medium Cage
Dog - Full Day Cage $16.00 Small or Medium Cage.
Dog - Full Day Kennel $18.00 Indoor Kennel Run
2nd Pet - Full Day Same Kennel $14.00 Same Indoor Kennel as Other Pet.
Animals to be boarded will need to have proof of current vaccinations including; Dogs: Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella. Bordetella vaccine is given to protect against kennel cough and is given the first time intranasally must be given at least 3 days before boarding; Cats: Distemper and Rabies.
All animals will receive a capstar anti-flea pill upon admittance. Animals with obvious signs of fleas will be treated appropriately.
Boarding animals can be admitted and discharged during our regular business hours:
M - Tu - Th - F = 8 am - 4:30 pm
W = 8 am - 5:30 pm
Sa = 8 am - 11:30 am

We are committed to the comfort and care of your pet during the boarding process and you can be confident during your time away that your pet is being cared for in the same loving way you care for them.
Requested medical procedures may be done during the boarding period. Anesthetic procedures such as surgery or dentals will need to be scheduled prior to pet boarding. Please mention any additional vet services needed at the time of scheduling the boarding time.
We require a deposit of 1/2 the estimated boarding fees at the time of admittance. The balance of the boarding costs are due for your pets care at the time of discharge.
*If a pet has an illness or injury during the boarding period, we will attempt to contact you. However if we are unable to reach you, your pet will receive the medical and/or diagnostic care that the doctor deems necessary. Additional services may affect the original estimated cost.
